Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group), in collaboration with Mangusteen Oman, a premier event management company in the GCC, officially launched the Layali Al Irfan Festival on Wednesday, March 5, at the boulevard of the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC).
Designed to offer a complete Ramadan experience, the festival provides a welcoming space for families and friends to gather in a setting that embodies the spirit of togetherness. Visitors can immerse themselves in cultural activities, artistic performances, entertainment, and a vibrant marketplace that champions local entrepreneurs.

“This festival highlights Omran’s dedication to curating exceptional tourism experiences that captivate visitors while fostering initiatives that support local talent, entrepreneurs, and SMEs,” said Antoine Aoun, Managing Partner of Mangusteen Oman.
Running until March 29, Layali Al Irfan Festival recreates the authentic essence of Ramadan, offering guests an atmosphere of warmth, hospitality, and community spirit.

The event showcases live cultural and artistic performances, along with a diverse selection of food outlets that blend local flavors with international influences. Additionally, visitors can explore a lively bazaar, enjoy family-friendly entertainment, participate in prize draws, and engage with dedicated zones for children’s activities, sports, and live performances.
Speaking about the festival, Antoine Aoun remarked, “Layali Al Irfan is an engaging experience that beautifully embodies Omani hospitality, blending cultural authenticity with a wide range of activities for families and friends. Our goal is to provide a meaningful Ramadan experience where visitors can embrace the essence of the holy month while also creating a valuable platform for local entrepreneurs. We invite everyone to be part of these enchanting Ramadan nights, where tradition meets modernity.”

A key feature of the festival is its support for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and local businesses. With 55 dedicated vendor spaces, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to showcase their products and services. To maximize exposure and participation, vendors will rotate weekly, ensuring a dynamic marketplace and broader visibility for a greater number of businesses.
The Layali Al Irfan Festival welcomes visitors free of charge throughout Ramadan, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
