Zuma, the globally renowned contemporary Japanese restaurant group, will arrive in Muscat this 25th October with a new pop-up at W Muscat. Set against the shores of the Gulf of Oman, Zuma Muscat will bring the brand’s signature cuisine, cocktails and vibrant energy to the Omani capital.
Accommodating up to 200 guests, the restaurant will embrace its coastal setting, offering uninterrupted views across the sea and a front-row seat to Muscat’s sunsets. The terrace will feature bespoke Zumafurnishings, bringing the brand’s distinctive aesthetic to its waterfront surroundings.
At the heart of Zuma Muscat will be the contemporary izakaya-inspired dining style for which the brand is known around the world. Designed to be shared, the menu will bring together favourites from Zuma’s three kitchens: the main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill.
Guests can expect signature dishes from the robata grill, including spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy, alongside sushi favourites such as salmon aburi, mentaiko sauce and ikura and a selection of Zuma classics from the main kitchen.
The bar will be an integral part of the experience, with signature cocktails accompanying evenings overlooking the sea. Guests can settle into the terrace as the sun goes down, before moving seamlessly into dinner as the atmosphere builds throughout the evening.
The collaboration reflects W Muscat’s commitment to bringing globally recognized lifestyle and dining experiences to the destination, further strengthening Muscat’s position as an emerging international lifestyle hub.
