Amal Al Raisi unveiled her stunning Spring/Summer 2025 collection, “A Postcard from Muscat,” on 12 October, 2024 during a star studded evening. The Spring-Summer 2025 presented by Range Rover showcased the latest Range Rover Sport SV model, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication to the event. This seamless blend of high fashion and automotive elegance further elevated the evening, creating an unforgettable experience that embodied the spirit of refined luxury.
The event took place at the exclusive St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort. Nestled on the coast of Oman, the St. Regis offers a blend of timeless elegance and luxurious hospitality—an ideal setting for a collection inspired by Muscat’s rich cultural and historical heritage. The “A Postcard from Muscat” collection is a tribute to Muscat’s role as a key maritime hub, where ancient trade routes once intertwined, bringing together goods, cultures, and ideas. Amal Al Raisi drew inspiration from Muscat’s fortresses, which stand as symbols of strength and resilience. The collection also features the delicate white rose, a flower named in honor of Her Honourable Lady A’Sayyida Al Jalila Ahad Bint Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Busaidiyah, symbolizing beauty, compassion, and kindness.
Amal Al Raisi commented: “A Postcard from Muscat” is my love letter to the city that has inspired so much of my work. Amal Al Raisi’s SS25 collection showcases a fusion of traditional Omani elements with contemporary fashion. Flowing kaftans, tailored dresses, and intricate prints form the backbone of the collection, with gold embellishments and 3D embroidery techniques adding depth and luxury. Every piece reflects Oman’s timeless grace, transformed into wearable art.
The fashion show was graced by prominent figures including regional celebrities, influencers and members from the royal family, ambassadors and dignitaries. Celebrities in attendance included Huda Hussain, Buthaina Al Raisi as well as notable influencer and entrepreneur Amal Ameen, celebrity stylists Musaed Alsaqer and Khalil Zein and popular fashion commentator Adham Alsiaari. The evening also attracted renowned regional press; Caterina Minthe of Mazara Edition and Vogue Arabia, Cosmopolitan Middle East, Grazia Middle East and Marie Claire Arabia amongst many others.
