The Sheraton Oman Hotel gives foodies something to look forward to as they embark on a journey of exploratory eating. The concept behind ‘The Big Brunch’ is to bring the very best of Sheraton’s four restaurants into one, gigantic feast each Friday afternoon. Served throughout all four outlets; Courtyard, Asado Steakhouse, Tea Library and the Pool Lounge, guests can unravel a world of culinary flavors and cuisines, with live Chef’s tables and international food stations to discover.
What makes this brunch different, is that it ends with a splash. Guests are welcomed to use the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool for an extra dose of exploration and excitement.
“Friday brunches have always been well-loved by the Muscat foodie-scene. We wanted to try something a bit different. Something outside of the box. And so, we came up with the concept of exploring. The idea of The Big Brunch is to demonstrate eating everything, everywhere, on a big scale. Our incredible food stations showcase each restaurants’ best features and dishes, allowing our guests to taste all-of-Sheraton in one sitting!” – Anand Ganesan, General Manager.
Elevating the city’s gastronomic experience, The Big Brunch welcomes families and groups with no less than eight live cooking stations and a bevy of Chef’s on hand to guide guests and present their flavourful best. The ingredients and cooking styles derive from the hotel’s four restaurants and showcase a world of cuisine, offering both variety and the unexpected.
Guests can choose to be seated indoors or dine al fresco by the poolside terrace with lavish garden views. This amazing dining experience takes place every Friday from 1:00pm – 4:30pm where guests are invited to feast on a bounty of offerings, enjoy refreshing drinks and relax to poolside views.
