Mountain adventure – Canyoning, Caving, Climbing & Asbeiling, Via Ferrata
Oman is undoubtedly one of the worlds’ top locations for canyoning. With an abundance of wadis, on offer is a variety of adventures from entry-level canyoning to some pretty extreme trips that require a bit more experience and skills. Besides the rugged mountain landscape and stunning coastlines, the desert in Oman is a vast and diverse place. From the empty quarter which is the largest desert in the Arabian Peninsula to the A’Sharqiyah Sands covering about 10 thousand square kilometers and offering some of the most beautiful camping areas in the Sultanate. The desert is well worth a visit.
