Zest at One&Only The Palm offers a Iftar experience that combines both a buffet and à la carte options. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy a buffet spread with the option to order à la carte for their mains, which will always be available throughout the evening. The buffet features a selection of Middle Eastern favourites, such as Hummus, Moutabal, Vine leaves, Falafel, and Meat Kibbeh, alongside international dishes like Octopus Salad and Caprese Salad, served with freshly baked breads. For mains, guests can choose from dishes such as Lebanese Mixed Grill and Filetto di Orata All’Acquapazza. Live Manakish stations will also be available, offering freshly prepared Manakish. To finish, there is a selection of desserts including Tiramisu, Baklava, and fresh Fruit Salad.

Evoking riviera glamour on the water’s edge, 101 Dining Lounge & Marina at One&Only The Palm has curated a set menu for those seeking a refined iftar experience, complete with culinary delights and stunning marina views. The experiencebegins with an Amuse-Bouche of Medjool Date with Almonds, Goat Cheese, and a Drizzle of Orange Blossom Honey. Diners can then select a starter, choosing between Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes and Pesto or Truffle Hummus with Artisanal Breadsticks and Freshly Baked Pita. For the main course, guests can opt for either Braised Lamb Shank with Saffron Couscous and Spiced Jus or Sea Bream with Artichoke Barigoule. The journey concludes with a choice of Pavlova with Vegan Cream, Figs, and Grapefruit Sorbet or the Rosewater and Pistachio Kunafa Cheesecake. The restaurant also presents a selection of Ramadan-inspired mocktails like the Signature Date Mule, Pomegranate Mojito and Infused Juices.
