Eugène Eugène is delighted to announce the launch of its Farm-to-Table project, debuting on January 15th.
This new initiative celebrates the richness of the UAE’s agriculture by introducing six new dishes to the à la carte menu. Each dish is prepared using only locally sourced ingredients – including fresh produce, meats, fish, and dairy – showcasing the exceptional quality and flavors cultivated by the country’s dedicated farmers.
