Travel to the colourful streets of Rio as InterContinental Muscat celebrates Brazilian festival every Wednesday at Trader Vic’s. Guests will be treated to a rodizio-style service wherein different meat cuts are prepared on live open flame grills and served on skewers in the table by the Pasadores.
A truly unique dining experience, Trader Vic’s will be serving seven different prime meat cuts from Brazil including the famous picanha. The rodizio courses are served together with Brazilian rice, mashed potato, and black beans stew and a set of traditional Brazilian appetizer including Pao de Queijo or cheese bread, Mandioca Frita or Tapioca Fries, Chicken Coxinha, and Fried Breaded Banana. There is also an extensive salad bar and desserts counter featuring the grilled glazed pineapple with sugar and cinnamon.
Trader Vic’s resident band will be playing Latin music and beats for a truly festive and celebratory atmosphere.
