Embracing the spirit of togetherness and reflection that defines the Holy Month, COYA Muscat, Oman’s premier destination for exquisite Peruvian cuisine, is set to host its inaugural Iftar celebration.
For the first time since opening, COYA invites guests to break their fast in an atmosphere of serenity and warmth, offering a thoughtfully curated Iftar set menu priced at RO 18 net per person. The experience begins with a traditional welcome of laban and dates at prayer time, followed by a refreshing Guacamole (avocado, aji Amarillo) with crisp corn tortillas.

Guests can then choose between two comforting soups: Sopa de Calabaza, a velvety pumpkin soup with manchego cheese and quinoa furikake, or Sopa de Tomate, a smoked tomato soup with goat cheese and coriander.
