This year, the festival welcomes renowned culinary artists from Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, who will create exceptional dining experiences using the freshest local ingredients. Alongside these international chefs, the festival will spotlight local cuisine, with Omani Nights each weekend, led by celebrated British-Omani food writer and recipe developer, Dina Macki, and her team of up-and-coming chefs from across Oman.

Omani Nights:
In collaboration with Dina Macki, this year’s Omani Nights at Sakalan Restaurant will bring a fresh interpretation of traditional Omani flavours. Each Saturday, a different rising Omani chef will showcase their take on the country’s rich culinary heritage. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous feast of local dishes, complemented by live entertainment.
