This affable afternoon soiree is set to cause a stir in the status quo of a usual brunch occasion, as The Guild offers a relaxing and enjoyable alternative – including a unique cocktail and wine pairing concept, designed to accentuate every dish. From 12pm-4pm, guests can expect a three-course lunch for AED 250 per person, featuring the finest seafood, meats, and locally sourced produce. Entrée’s feature dishes such as Half Dozen Amélie Oysters with traditional condiments, and Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Grana Padano and rocket to set the tone. The main event showcases a selection of fresh Grilled Market Fish served with new potatoes, tartar sauce and grilled lemon, or Wood Fired Australian Black Angus Steak Frites with sauce au poivre. For the vegetarians, guests can savour the Spinach & Kale Risotto, served with broccolini and sour cream, amongst others. The spectacle doesn’t finish at the food, as the restaurant’s beverage team have prepared and perfected a beverage pairing package for an additional AED 199 per person for four drinks, flaunting the best and new additions to The Guild’s signature cocktails roster and cellar wines.
