Amazónico Dubai is proud to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Amazónico Brunch on Saturday May 4, set to revolutionize the brunch scene in Dubai. With an exclusive menu that captures the essence of Latin America’s vibrant flavours, paired with premium beverages, the Amazónico Brunch will take place every Saturday from 12:30PM to 4PM. Nestled in the heart of DIFC, the tropical oasis invites guests to a culinary extravaganza pulsating with energy and excitement.
Music is the beating heart of the jungle-themed Saturday brunch experience, as Amazónico brings back its elec-tropical beats at the Lounge with a resident DJ on the decks from 2PM, blending Latin inspired sounds while diners’ can savour delectable dishes and sip on handcrafted beverages shaken to perfection by Amazónico’s master chefs and mixologists. The brunch experience will also feature live performances from a percussionist and trumpeter making an appearance across the 3-story restaurant, with an after-party at the Lounge from 4PM until 6PM, for those wanting the celebration to last even longer.
With a curated tropical menu, each dish caters to every palate and preference, including a variety of sushi starters, from Ginshake Nigiri, a king salmon prepared with banana miso cream and chives, to Arepas con carne, a white corn arepa, pulled veal, and spicy avocado, and a choice of main dish including Baby chicken or Sea bass romesco. Diners can enjoy a subtly sweet finish with a Dulce de leche milk cake, Tres leches de arequipe, and Pina Rostizada, quimbolito cake with a roasted caramelized pineapple and coconut sorbet.
