Located within the region’s emerging business epicentre, InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay will join IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio in Summer 2024.
The 176-room hotel apartments, with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal, will marry the elevated standard of comfort of home with the exceptional service that is synonymous with the InterContinental brand. The property includes studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom serviced apartments and will be complemented by a range of leisure facilities with stunning views of the city’s skyscape: a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool and Planet Trekkers (Children Club) and a range of restaurants.
InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is the world’s first and largest luxury hotel brand. Last year it was announced that the brand is undergoing a full end-to-end evolution aimed at cementing its place in the hearts and minds of the modern luxury traveller. InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay will be amongst the first in the Middle East to feature hallmarks of the transformative brand evolution, seen throughout its guest experience. New initiatives include scientifically backed food and beverage programmes aimed at helping guests reduce travel fatigue while ensuring dining options reflect differing guest needs throughout the day. All guests will also receive access to Timeshifter, a jet lag app which enables travellers to use the latest circadian science to adjust quickly to new time zones.
Mohamed Mahmoud, Cluster General Manager and General Manager of InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay said: “InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay follows the brand’s philosophy and commitment to helping guests “shape shift” throughout their day. InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is poised to welcome the next generation of luxury guest. We look forward to opening the doors in a matter of weeks!”
InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is one of six brands within IHG’s ever-growing Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
