While Dubai has become notorious with looking for what’s new or next, there will always be firm favourites when it comes to Dubai’s dining scene.
Buddha Bar at Grosvenor House Dubai promises just that. Each visit is consistently impressive and stands with the gastronomical greats when it comes to good food.
With its rouge-cinema décor the Buddha–Bar boasts majestic proportions including the larger-than-life Buddha statement art piece (that graces the main dining area) as well as intricate mosaics, detailing and utterly gorgeous embellishments throughout the space.
When you step into Buddha-Bar Dubai, expect to be wowed by the stunning interior, which takes sophistication to new heights. The majestic two-storied venue features striking overhead chandeliers, opulent décor and large bay windows with exceptional views of Dubai Marina. Imagine this paired with unbeatable Asian dishes packed full of flavour, and you’re on to a winning night out (You can thank us later!).
Our absolute favourite of the night has to be their Steamed Chilean Sea bass with ginger paste, served with wok fried Kangkoong (Morning Glory), Oyster Mushroom, Spring Onion and Soy sauce. Cooked to perfection, the fish was ‘meaty’ yet incredibly smooth, breaking apart just the way a good seabags should; heavenly.
As for the Wok Fried Australian Beef Tenderloin, the Cantonese sticky sauce made for a lip-smackingly delicious feast with hunky servings of tender, juicy prime cut bites. Served with a wok fried Broccolini and Jasmine rice, the dish is surely one not to be missed.
For a memorable dining experience, with incredible surroundings, hospitality and flavour to match, Buddha Bar Grosvenor House will forever be our firm favourite, when visiting the dazzling sights of Dubai.
