If you are looking for fun things to do during this school year, then here’s the lowdown on some of the coolest activities Oman has to offer. Take a breather from the stress of school work…I mean, who actually enjoys homework. SAID NO ONE EVER! (insert confused face)
1. Trampo Extreme

2. Paintballing
Muscat Games for Leisure Games offers a one-of-a-kind grass field for paintballing. It’s perfectly designed with palm trees and challenging obstacles, so you definitely get your money’s worth. For those of you that don’t mind some bumps and bruises, or being showered by paint bullets, then book a session, because this is the spot for you.

3. Bowling
With no short of bowling alleys in the Sultanate, I’ve scoured two locations that I think are easily accessible for everyone. 1) Al Masa Mall Bowling: This is definitely the best place to bowl in Oman. It has great bowling lanes, quick food service, and a great vibe with top music hits playing in the background. 2) Cosmic Bowling: Located underground in the upscale Kempinski Hotel, lit up by bright and colorful UV lights, we promise that you will fall in love with this super cool set-up.

4. Go-Karting
Live out your fast and furious fantasy, in snazzy F1 gear as you race your friends to secure a top position on the leader-board. The Oman Automobile Association Karting track is designed to the highest quality providing great grip, and a challenging circuit with twists and turns on every corner. The great thing is that the staff is really friendly, and your experience and safety are there number one priority. Tip: It’s always packed on the weekends so make sure to visit earlier in the day.

5. Water sports Activities
Take advantage of the many beaches around town and grab some beach towels, a soccer ball, and head over for some afternoon fun under the sun. Whether you’re into jet-skiing, snorkeling, wake-boarding, diving, or just want to catch a game of beach volleyball, then there are so many options for you to explore. Remember the sea is the limit!
