Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Middle East and Africa, one of the fastest growing hotel management companies in the region, has launched one of its key initiatives, ‘TooMooH’, in Oman.
Translated literally as ambition, TooMooh is a comprehensive development programme established by Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, and designed to support, train and empower the talent of GCC Nationals looking to develop a lengthy career within the hospitality sector.
A press event was held at Grand Millennium Muscat’s private villa to officially launch the programme in the country, designed to attract talented and ambitious Omani nationals into pursuing and developing a career within the hospitality sector.
“TooMooh has been created to promote and empower national talent in the GCC Countries where Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA operate. I firmly believe it is an excellent opportunity to give back to the community where we are present. The comprehensive programme features four levels focusing on the development of fresh graduates, executives and leaders. As a first step, TooMooH will launch the Executive Development Programme (TEDP). This is a fast-track development programme for National colleagues between levels 4-6, with the potential to assume managerial positions upon successful completion with mentorship from General Managers.
