Mazaj Terrace & Grill at Grand Millennium Muscat launches ‘Oud Nights’ with oud instrumentalist Hassan Sadam for Arabic nights under the stars, where strums of gentle oriental music will take centre stage every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
The talented Iraqi musician takes pleasure in performing a variety of Arabic tunes that range from the Middle East’s pop culture to classical masterpieces borrowed from the icons of Arabia, promising a warm ambience paired with signature dishes from the traditional Arabic kitchen.

Guests can kickstart the evening with a selection of various starters, which includes an array of delectable mezze and garden-fresh greens such as the nutty-flavoured hummus dip or the prawn and chicken salad tossed with pomegranate and mint.
For the main dish, Mazaj Terrace and Grill serves the ultimate kebab dinner, offering mouthwatering, fire-kissed kebabs with a subtle nod to Persian cuisine. Items such as Kebab Kubideh, minced lamb marinated with onions; Kebab Barg, lamb tenderloin bathed in olive oil and saffron; and Kebab Masti, a yoghurt-based beef tenderloin seasoned with black pepper, are served fresh from the flames to your plate. If you are a seafood enthusiast, then dive into Kebab Meygoo, a special prawn kebab drenched in lemon skin mustard and vinegar, garnished with coriander leaves.
For a sweet ending, enjoy Omani date and toffee pudding topped with dulce de leche and whipped cream, as well as the celebrated dessert of the Middle East: cheese-filled kunafa with pistachio ice cream.
