New evening concept launched at Summersalt, Jumeirah Al Naseem: chilled lounge vibes, iconic views and tastes from the Mediterranean and beyond.
Summersalt, the glamorous beach club at Jumeirah Al Naseem has launched a new chilled and yet sophisticated dinner concept to embrace the long awaited Dubai winter evenings.
With the best views of the world’s most iconic hotel Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Summersalt offers an uber-lux beach experience in the day, as well as a Cote D’Azur-inspired one with chilled music and the freshest tastes of the Mediterranean by night.
From a food perspective, guests can travel to the Cote D’Azur from their first bite, with a selection of starters varying from tasty thinly sliced raw swordfish with citrus flavours, hand cut beef tartare with quail egg, mixed leaves and bread crisp, to a tasty duo of foie gras creating the perfect complement between hot and cold starters.
Guests can then continue the feast with a selection of seafood delicacies including a generous mixed seafood platter of Atlantic lobster, Alaskan king crab, mussels and clams to share, as well as fresh oysters and several types of caviar for an indulgent taste of the sea.
Moving on to the mains, with signature dishes such as the fresh sea bass a la plancha with glazed endives, or the pan seared Atlantic lobster, as well a classic braised and seared Angus beef for those who wish to eat meat. There is also a delicious quinoa and celery risotto with barley, ceps and parmesan cheese for a truly mouth-watering dish for the vegetarians…and for meat lovers too!
Not forgetting dessert as the final touch, the Rum Baba (created with 24 karat gold rum) and raisin ice cream is delicious, complementing the other indulgent treats on the menu; such as the pear tarte tatin and the wild berry macaron mille-feuille served with blueberry crème fraiche ice cream and blackcurrant coulis.
As well as the mouth-watering food, guests can enjoy signature cocktails created at the hands of Summersalt’s skilled mixologists such as the frozen Cocoberry with Malibu rum, coconut water and strawberries and the gin based Amethyst Mist with Maraschino liqueur, crème de violante, tonic water and fresh lemon juice as well as the biggest selection of Rose wine across the Madinat Jumeirah Resort with the signature Summersalt Frosé, as well as Whispering Angel and ‘AIX’
Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.
Add to that chilled beach house music with soulful vocals playing from 7pm – 9pm, followed by more upbeat soulful house music from 9pm – late in the week, and music from 5pm on weekends also.
From the glistening waters of the pool and views of Burj Al Arab, through to signature cocktails created at the skilled hands of the mixologists, to contemporary dishes inspired by the Mediterranean – all with chilled lounge music vibes, Summersalt is a destination with a difference.
