This April, Hakkasan restaurants throughout the Middle East will be updating their popular Only At menus and cocktails by introducing a selection of exciting new additions, highlighting the individuality of each restaurant and its location by featuring dishes and cocktails exclusive to each restaurant. The Only At menus celebrate local culture and cuisine, using seasonal ingredients whilst still embracing Hakkasan’s modern Chinese cooking techniques.

Unique new additions on the Only At menu at Hakkasan Doha include Crispy foie gras puff, Prawn shumai soup dumpling, Sweet and sour haddock with walnut, Bean curd stuffed with kingfish, aubergine and chilli and Caramel poached pineapple with coconut and pineapple sorbet to finish. Complementing the cuisine, cocktails include Buffalo Crusher comprising Buffalo Trace bourbon, home made mixed spices, passion fruit and orange and China Rose including Ketel One vodka, apple liqueur, rose, apple, guava, lime leaf, raspberry and strawberry.

Inspired by ingredients and flavours inherent to these regions, the Only At dishes and cocktails showcase local influences and expertise to create a unique collection. All eleven Hakkasan restaurants will feature a selection of small eats, main dishes, desserts and cocktails that will form the innovative Only At collection. These menus change twice a year and have a strong emphasis on seasonality, highlighting the originality of each Hakkasan restaurant around the world.

The Only At collection will be available at Hakkasan Doha from Saturday 1st April.
